01Scope of this policy
This policy explains how Tactimetry, Inc. handles personal information through our website, creative collaboration platform and managed creative and performance services. The information involved depends on the features you use and the services you ask us to provide.
The website enquiry form collects contact and business information and lets you book a conversation. The recorded workspace demonstration does not connect your ad accounts or publish campaigns. Account, brand-material and campaign-data processing applies when you use the platform or engage us for those services.
We act as a controller for enquiries, business relationships and our own website operations. Where we process personal information on a client’s behalf, our customer agreement and any applicable data-processing agreement govern that processing.
02Information we collect
- Enquiries and bookings. Your name, work email, brand website, business type, monthly ad-spend range, plan interest and any company name or project brief you choose to provide; the source, campaign and referring website associated with your enquiry; and booking and follow-up status.
- Sales emails. If you email sales@tactimetry.com, we receive your message through our team’s Google Group. An automated importer records your sender name, email address, message subject and received date in our enquiry tracker. It reads message headers, not email bodies or attachments, and avoids creating another enquiry row for an email address already recorded. Team members receiving the group email can read and reply to the message.
- Account information. Name, email, company and login information when you create or use an account.
- Brand materials. Logos, product images, brand guidelines, creative references, prompts, briefs and files you provide.
- Creative outputs. Images, videos, copy, revisions, approvals and feedback.
- Technical and usage information. Browser and device information, network information such as IP addresses, security checks and service logs processed by our website and service providers.
- Connected account data. If you authorize a connection or performance-management engagement, campaign, ad, creative and performance information needed for that service. We may receive this through connected platforms, reports or information you share with us.
Required form fields are marked in the interface. Without them, we may be unable to process that enquiry or provide the requested feature. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we have specifically agreed a suitable way to handle it.
03How we use information
- To operate the service.
- To generate, review, and improve creative assets.
- To maintain brand memory and keep outputs on-brand.
- To analyze creative performance when connected data is available.
- To provide support and communicate with you.
- To improve product quality, reliability, and safety.
We also use enquiry details to assess service fit, route you to the relevant next step, match appointments to enquiries and follow up on your request. The enquiry flow uses business type and ad-spend range to suggest a next step; you can contact the team for an individual discussion. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
04Legal bases where required
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, administering customer relationships, securing our services and improving their reliability. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we ask for it and you may withdraw it. For business contacts acting for an organization, relationship management is generally based on our legitimate interests rather than a contract with the individual.
06AI providers and customer materials
- Tactimetry may use third-party AI providers to generate or edit creative assets.
- Customer materials may be sent to those providers only as needed to provide the requested service.
- Uploaded brand materials and ad data are used only to provide and improve the service. We do not intentionally use private customer materials or ad-account data to train public AI models.
- Please don't upload materials you don't have the rights to use.
07Browser storage and embedded services
The website uses session storage to remember enquiry answers and referral information during your browsing session, avoid duplicate submission retries and keep navigation transitions smooth. Session storage is generally cleared when the tab or browser session ends, subject to your browser’s restore settings. You can clear website data through your browser settings.
Bot protection, hosting and embedded scheduling may process technical data or use their own storage mechanisms. Google Calendar loads on booking and contact pages; Google Fonts loads fonts used on the website. Blocking these services may affect the form, scheduling or display. The current website implementation does not add a separate advertising pixel or marketing analytics tracker. Any future optional tracking requiring consent should be enabled only after that consent is obtained.
08Data retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry is active, the duration of the customer relationship, contractual delivery and support needs, security requirements, applicable recordkeeping duties and the time needed to address disputes.
You can request deletion of your personal information and uploaded materials by emailing privacy@tactimetry.com. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for legitimate security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle completes; retained records remain subject to appropriate restrictions.
09Security
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
- No online service is perfectly secure.
10Your choices
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a portable copy of your personal information, restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing. You may also disconnect third-party accounts where supported, or ask us to help revoke our access. Disconnecting access does not automatically erase records already lawfully retained.
Send requests to privacy@tactimetry.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may complain to your local data-protection regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner where relevant. If we hold information only on behalf of a client, we may refer your request to that client or assist them in responding.
11International processing
Tactimetry and the providers used to deliver your services may process information in countries other than your own. Data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where applicable law restricts a transfer, appropriate transfer arrangements are required. Contact privacy@tactimetry.com for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your services.
12Children
Tactimetry is a business service and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13Changes to this policy
- We may update this policy as Tactimetry evolves.
- If changes are material, we'll give reasonable notice.
